[7] "Connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya)": The four immaterial phenomena (dhammā) are a condition for one another by way of connascence condition.
The four primary elements (mahābhūta) are a condition for one another by way of connascence condition.
At the moment of descent [into the womb] (okkantikkhaṇa), mentality and materiality (nāmarūpa) are a condition for one another by way of connascence condition.
The phenomena of mind (citta) and mental factors (cetasika) are a condition for kinds of materiality originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna) by way of connascence condition.
The primary elements are a condition for derivative materiality (upādā-rūpa) by way of connascence condition.
Material phenomena are at times a condition for immaterial phenomena by way of connascence condition, at times a condition not by way of connascence condition.
