[1019] Dependent on (paṭicca) a phenomenon (dhamma) leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī) and a phenomenon neither leading to accumulation nor to dismantling (nevācayagāmināpacayagāmī), a phenomenon neither leading to accumulation nor to dismantling arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on aggregates (khandhā) leading to accumulation and the primary elements (mahābhūtā), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhānaṃ rūpaṃ) [arises].
