[1031] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) leading to dispersal (apacayagāmī) and a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī), a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal … not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccayā): mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa), dependent on aggregates (khandha) leading to dispersal and on the primary elements (mahābhūta).
