[1032] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī), a phenomenon leading to accumulation arises, not by predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya). Three. Dependent on a phenomenon leading to dispersion (apacayagāmī), a phenomenon leading to dispersion arises, not by predominance condition: dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) leading to dispersion, [there arises] the predominance [factor] (adhipati) leading to dispersion. Dependent on a phenomenon neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersion (nevācayagāmināpacayagāmī), a phenomenon neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersion … not by predominance condition: dependent on one aggregate neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersion, [there arise] three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); dependent on two aggregates …; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the aggregates, [there arises] the base (vatthu); dependent on the base, [there arise] the aggregates; one primary element (mahābhūta) …; external (bāhira) … .
