[1130] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī) is a condition for a phenomenon that is neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersal … The successively preceding aggregates (khandhā) that are neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersal are a condition, by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya), for the successively subsequent aggregates that are neither leading to accumulation nor leading to dispersal.
