[1088] A phenomenon (dhamma) that neither leads to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī) is a condition for a phenomenon that neither leads to accumulation nor to dispersal by root condition (hetu-paccaya):
Roots (hetū) that neither lead to accumulation nor to dispersal are a condition for the associated aggregates (sampayuttaka khandhā) and for forms originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by root condition.
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), roots that neither lead to accumulation nor to dispersal are a condition for the associated aggregates and for forms produced by the performance of kamma (kaṭattā-rūpa) by root condition.
