[1137] A phenomenon (dhamma) that leads neither to accumulation nor to dispersion (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī) is a condition, by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), for a phenomenon that leads neither to accumulation nor to dispersion.
Volition (cetanā) that leads neither to accumulation nor to dispersion is a condition, by kamma condition, for the associated aggregates (khandha) and for mind-originated forms (rūpa).
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), volition that leads neither to accumulation nor to dispersion is a condition, by kamma condition, for the associated aggregates and for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa).
