[1138] A phenomenon (dhamma) leading neither to accumulation nor to decumulation (nevācayagāmināpacayagāmī) is a condition, by way of kamma-result condition (vipāka-paccaya), for a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to decumulation.
One kamma-resultant (vipāka) aggregate (khandha) leading neither to accumulation nor to decumulation is a condition for three aggregates; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), the aggregates are a condition for the base (vatthu) — by way of kamma-result condition.
