[1164] A phenomenon (dhammo) leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī) is a condition for a phenomenon leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya); is a condition by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya); is a condition by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya).
