[1124] A phenomenon (dhamma) leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal is a condition for a phenomenon leading to dispersal by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya). Base-prenascence (vatthu-purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates (khandhā) leading to dispersal by prenascence condition.
