[1170] In the not-root condition (na-hetu) there are fifteen (vāras);
in the not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa),
in the not-predominance condition (na-adhipati),
in the not-proximity condition (na-anantara),
in the not-contiguity condition (na-samanantara), fifteen;
in the not-conascence condition (na-sahajāta), eleven;
in the not-mutuality condition (na-aññamañña), eleven;
in the not-dependence condition (na-nissaya), eleven;
in the not-decisive-support condition (na-upanissaya), fourteen;
in the not-prenascence condition (na-purejāta), thirteen;
in the not-postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta), fifteen;
in the not-repetition condition (na-āsevana),
in the not-kamma condition (na-kamma),
in the not-result condition (na-vipāka),
in the not-nutriment condition (na-āhāra),
in the not-faculty condition (na-indriya),
in the not-jhāna condition (na-jhāna),
in the not-path condition (na-magga), fifteen;
in the not-association condition (na-sampayutta), eleven;
in the not-dissociation condition (na-vippayutta), nine;
in the not-presence condition (no-atthi), nine;
in the not-absence condition (no-natthi), fifteen;

Thus it should be counted.
