[1234] A trainee (sekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a neither-trainee-nor-beyond-training (nevasekkha-nāsekkha) phenomenon by root condition (hetu-paccaya); that is, trainee roots (hetū) are a condition for forms originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by root condition.
