[1278] A learner (sekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a non-learner (asekkha) phenomenon by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya). Asynchronous (nānākkhaṇika): learner volition (cetanā) is a condition for the non-learner aggregates by kamma condition.
