[1307] A trainee (sekkha) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition (paccaya) both for a trainee phenomenon and for a neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee (nevasekkhānāsekkha) phenomenon by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya).
