[1343] Dependent on a limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma), a limited phenomenon arises, not from the predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccayā): Dependent on one limited aggregate (khandha), three aggregates [arise]; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]; one primary element (mahābhūta) … (Abbreviated.) For non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) … Dependent on a limited phenomenon, an exalted phenomenon (mahaggata dhamma) arises, not from the predominance condition: At the moment of rebirth-linking, dependent on the base, the exalted aggregates [arise]. Dependent on a limited phenomenon, limited and exalted phenomena arise, not from the predominance condition: At the moment of rebirth-linking, dependent on the base, the exalted aggregates [arise]; dependent on the primary elements, kamma-born materiality (kaṭattārūpa) [arises].
