[1354] Dependent on a limited (paritta) phenomenon (dhamma), an exalted (mahaggata) phenomenon arises, not by repetition condition (na āsevana-paccayā): at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the base (vatthu), [there arise] exalted aggregates (khandhā).
