[1396] A limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma) conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a limited phenomenon arises by not-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya):
Three aggregates (khandha) conjoined with one rootless (ahetuka) limited aggregate; with two aggregates … At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), is conjoined with the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
