[76] Conjoined with a rooted phenomenon (sahetuka dhamma), an unrooted phenomenon (ahetuka dhamma) arises not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā):
delusion accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness, conjoined with the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
