[319] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not derived (no-upādā), conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon that is not derived, arises not by root condition (na-hetupaccaya):
Three aggregates (khandhā) conjoined with one rootless (ahetuka), not-derived aggregate; with two aggregates … At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), conjoined with the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
