[713] Conjoined with a phenomenon accompanied by equanimity (upekkhāsahagata dhamma), a phenomenon accompanied by equanimity arises not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā):
Two aggregates (khandha) arise conjoined with one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate accompanied by equanimity; conjoined with two aggregates … at the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhi); delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), arises conjoined with the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
In this way the five questions should be done just as in the with-thought dyad (savitakka-duka).
