[18] A phenomenon with an object (sārammaṇo dhammo), conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon with an object, arises by not-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya): three aggregates (khandhā) [arise] conjoined with one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate with an object; [conjoined with] two aggregates …; delusion (moha) [arises] conjoined with the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca).
