[623] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with hindrances (nīvaraṇa-sampayutta), conjoined with a phenomenon associated with hindrances, arises not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā):
Delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), conjoined with the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
