[382] A phenomenon (dhamma) dissociated from taints (āsavavippayutta), conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon associated with taints (āsavasampayutta), arises by not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya): delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), conjoined with the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
