[1445] A limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma) is a condition for an exalted phenomenon (mahaggata dhamma) … At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the base (vatthu) is a condition for the exalted aggregates (khandhā) by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya).
