[1463] A limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma) is a condition for an exalted phenomenon (mahaggata dhamma) … The basis (vatthu) is a condition for the exalted aggregates (khandhā) by dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya). At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), the basis is a condition for the exalted aggregates by dependence condition.
