[1556] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) with an exalted object (mahaggatārammaṇa), a phenomenon with an exalted object … not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): in dependence on aggregates (khandha) with an exalted object, volition (cetanā) with an exalted object [arises].
