[2135] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with an external object (bahiddhārammaṇa), there arises a phenomenon with an external object, not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): dependent on the aggregates (khandha) with an external object, [there arises] volition (cetanā) with an external object.
