[1960] Dependent on a phenomenon with a future object (anāgatārammaṇa dhamma), a phenomenon with a future object arises, not by kamma condition (na kamma-paccayā): dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) with a future object, [there arises] volition (cetanā) with a future object.
