[1959] In dependence on a phenomenon with a past object (atītārammaṇa dhamma), there arises a phenomenon with a past object: not by postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta-paccaya), not by repetition condition (na-āsevana-paccaya) — the same as under "not by predominance [condition]" (na-adhipati).
Not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): in dependence on aggregates (khandhā) with a past object, there arises volition (cetanā) with a past object.
