[2134] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with an external object (bahiddhārammaṇa), a phenomenon with an external object arises, not by prenascence condition (na-purejāta-paccaya):
In the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), dependent on one aggregate (khandha) with an external object, at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa) …
Not by postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta-paccaya), not by repetition condition (na-āsevana-paccaya): similar to [that under] conascence (sahajāta).
Not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): dependent on aggregates with an internal object (ajjhattārammaṇa), volition (cetanā) with an internal object [arises].
