[2046] Dependent on an external phenomenon (bahiddhā dhamma), an external phenomenon arises, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya): Dependent on external aggregates (khandhā), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on external aggregates, kamma-produced form (kaṭattārūpa) arises; dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) arises; one primary element (mahābhūta) … external (bāhira) … nutriment (āhāra) … temperature (utu) … of non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) … .
