[1337] Dependent on a limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma), a limited phenomenon arises by not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya):
Dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) limited aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]. Dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta); the external … the nutriment-originated … the temperature-originated … For non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), dependent on one primary element. Dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), the delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness [arises].
