[603] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing arises, not by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya), not by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya), not by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): Dependent on aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by seeing, [there arises] volition (cetanā) to be abandoned by seeing.
