[1732] A phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in rightness and for an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya). Volition (cetanā) fixed in rightness is a condition for the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates (khandhā) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by kamma condition.
