[1702] A phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) is a condition, by way of predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya), for a phenomenon fixed in rightness and for an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon. Conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati): a predominance fixed in rightness [is a condition] for the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates and for forms originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
