[1703] A not-fixed phenomenon (aniyata dhamma) is a condition for a not-fixed phenomenon by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati) and conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: Having given a gift, … virtue … the uposatha observance (uposatha-kamma) … having given weight to that, one reviews it. Having given weight to what was formerly well done, one reviews it. Noble ones, having given weight to fruition (phala), review it; having given weight to Nibbāna … Nibbāna is a condition for change-of-lineage (gotrabhū), for purification (vodāna), and for fruition by predominance condition. The eye … the base (vatthu) … having given weight to the not-fixed aggregates, one relishes them and delights in them; having given weight to that, not-fixed lust (rāga) arises.
Conascence-predominance: Not-fixed predominance is a condition for the associated aggregates and for the kinds of form originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by predominance condition.
