[1704] An unfixed phenomenon (aniyata dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata dhamma) by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya). Object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati): Nibbāna is a condition for the path by predominance condition.
