[1740] An unfixed phenomenon (aniyata dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata dhamma) by way of dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates fixed in rightness by way of dissociation condition.
