[1739] An unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition (paccaya) for a phenomenon fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata) by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates (khandhā) that are fixed in wrongness by dissociation condition.
