[1720] An unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya). Base-prenascence (vatthu-purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates fixed in rightness by prenascence condition.
