[1747] An unfixed phenomenon (aniyato dhammo) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyato dhammo) by way of presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Prenascence (purejātaṁ): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates fixed in rightness by way of presence condition.
