[1746] An unfixed phenomenon (aniyata dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata dhamma) by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): The material life-faculty (rūpa-jīvitindriya) is a condition for the kamma of matricide (mātughātakamma) … for the kamma of shedding blood (ruhiruppādakamma) by presence condition; the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates fixed in wrongness by presence condition.
