[1511] A limited (paritta) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for a measureless (appamāṇa) phenomenon by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the measureless aggregates (khandhā) by presence condition.
