[2246] A visible and impinging phenomenon (dhamma) and an invisible and non-impinging phenomenon are a condition for an invisible and non-impinging phenomenon by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Prenascence (purejāta): the form base (rūpāyatana) and the base (vatthu) are a condition for the aggregates (khandhā) that are invisible and non-impinging by presence condition.
