[1510] A limited (paritta) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an exalted (mahaggata) phenomenon by presence condition (atthi-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), prenascent (purejāta). Conascent: at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the base (vatthu) is a condition for the exalted aggregates by presence condition. Prenascent: one sees a form with the divine eye (dibbacakkhu); with the divine ear element (dibbā sotadhātu), a sound … The base is a condition for the exalted aggregates by presence condition.
