[1719] An unfixed phenomenon (aniyata dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata dhamma) by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya): object-prenascence (ārammaṇa-purejāta) and base-prenascence (vatthu-purejāta).
Object-prenascence: the material life-faculty (rūpa-jīvitindriya) is a condition for the kamma of matricide (mātughāta-kamma), for the kamma of patricide (pitughāta-kamma), for the kamma of killing an Arahant (arahantaghāta-kamma), for the kamma of shedding [a Tathāgata's] blood (ruhiruppāda-kamma) … by prenascence condition.
Base-prenascence: the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates fixed in wrongness by prenascence condition.
