[1103] A phenomenon (dhamma) leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī) is a condition for a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati) and conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati).
Object-predominance: an Arahant reviews the fruition (phala), esteeming it; reviews Nibbāna, esteeming it. Nibbāna is a condition for the fruition by predominance condition.
Conascence-predominance: the predominance [factor] leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal is a condition for the associated aggregates (khandhā) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by predominance condition.
