[1104] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither leading to accumulation nor leading to diminution (nevācayagāmināpacayagāmī) is a condition, by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī).
Object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati): Trainees (sekkhā), having given weight to fruition (phala), review it; having given weight to Nibbāna, they review it. Nibbāna is a condition, by predominance condition, for change-of-lineage (gotrabhū) and for purification (vodāna).
