[1789] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) having path as root (maggahetuka) and a phenomenon having path as predominance (maggādhipati), a phenomenon having path as root arises by not-kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya). In the second combination (ghaṭana), three questions.
