[1805] Phenomena (dhammā) with the path as root (maggahetuka) and with the path as predominant (maggādhipati) are a condition for a phenomenon with the path as object (maggārammaṇa) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
The noble ones (ariyā), having emerged from the path, review the path.
By the knowledge of penetrating the minds of others (cetopariyañāṇa) they know the mind of one who possesses a mind with the path as root and with the path as predominant.
Aggregates with the path as root and with the path as predominant are a condition for the knowledge of penetrating the minds of others, for the knowledge of recollection of past lives (pubbenivāsānussati-ñāṇa), for the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa), and for adverting (āvajjana) by object condition.
